  • What sizes are offered?
    • Sizing tables for each product, if applicable, are located right on the product page!
  • Where do the products come from?
    • Canada & USA
  • More than one production location?
    • Yes! More than two actually, so please note your order may in more than one shipment and from multiple providers. Multiple drop-shipping providers are used so that more products can be offered to you. 
  • The economy sucks right now, I'd like to support Canadian. 
    • No problem! When you're on any of the product pages, just use the "Filter by" option on the top of the page and choose "Canadian Made".
  • If it ships from the USA, will there be duties?
    • Unfortunately this is a possibility. Please be aware of this when ordering, that duties and taxes are not included. 
  • How long does shipping take?
    • Depends on the item. (And remember, everything is made to order! So they need time to make the item before it can be shipped to you!)
      • Tees, tanks, sweatshirts, & regular hoodies all ship from Ontario, Canada and can take 1-7 business days after printing to arrive. 
      • Pattern design apparel including : Zip hoodies with inner hood design, pullover hoodies with pocket design, and the long sleeve tee with pocket design ship from LA, USA. *Please note due to COVID, these hoodies may take up to 3 weeks to produce then 1-2 weeks to get to Canada after printing.
      • Stickers, tumblers, hats, & beanies/toques ship from the USA and can take 10-15 business days to get to Canada after printing. 
      • Scarves, make-up bags, & pencil cases ship from Montreal, Canada, and can take 8 business days for production/printing time, then 1-7 business days after printing to arrive.
  • So what about refunds?
    • Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and can take up to 30 days to resolve. (Time is needed to talk to the print supplier and resolve the issue with them, so it can be resolved with you.) Please note, additional time may be required by your banking provider for it to show on your account.
    • In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. 
    • The refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have past since your purchase date, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered. 
    • The cost of shipping refund items back is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Please note, gift cards are non-refundable, but they never expire!  
  • Who runs Risky not Reckless?
    • Technically, this project is being run under a photography company : Fleeting Reality Photography. Karen Palashniuk is a photographer and loves to design things, this project was her idea as a way to raise money for a good cause and grow her confidence in talking openly and publicly about how it has affected her.
